29 Days is a project that was shot in a single outing in the barren landscape of Tenerife. The series is inspired by the disappearance of Jay Slater, and documents a fraction of the scorched Tenerife mountains that are known for being dangerous and disorientating. I thought the name ‘29 Days’ was appropriate because that was how long it took for the authorities to find Jay’s body, further proving how difficult it is to navigate around this land.
